Pricing

The service is available on an annual subscription. For evaluation and testing, we recommend the "free forever" tier.

Free Forever

All clubs start by default on the free subscription. All features are enabled, but there are usage limits:

  • 20 users
  • 200 emails per month*

If the number of users rises above 20, then a paid plan is automatically applied. There is 30 day grace period before payment is due.

Duties Module

£150 per year
Full access to all duties features. This includes 500 emails per month*. There is no limit on the number of users, however are "fair usage" policy applies+.
Additional emails may be purchased at £30 per 5000*.

Calendars Module

Activities and events are the heart of your club. The Calendars Module brings this together.
  • Create, import, share and export calendars
  • Add images, attachments and links
  • Publish to the web
  • A single view of all your events

Sailing Module

Manage racing and other sailing activities.
  • Setup sailing events. Publish these in your calendars
  • Result calculation using RYA PY handicaps. Other scoring systems coming
  • Duties module integration
  • User and calendar management integration

User Module

People are different, clubs are different. The User Module is flexible and lets you manage users in the way you need.
  • Password and Google(gmail) sign in is supported. Apple and Facebook sign in planned.
  • There are three categories of user:
    • Full (have their own sign in)
    • Linked (share a sign in, typically families)
    • Club Managed (no sign in, but can receive emails)
  • Intuitive and flexible user permissions
