Cookies and Tracking Policy
This website only uses functional cookies. If blocked, the functionality of the website will be
affected.
No cookies are generated for tracking or analytics purposes.
There is no use of alternative tracking techniques, such as "hidden pixels" and browser
"fingerprinting".
The following cookies are used:
- AUTH_JWT - A short-lived cookie that holds the access token
generated when a user successfully logs in.
- AUTH0 - A short-lived cookie generated when scanning a QR code,
for example when uploading images from a smart-phone.
- AUTH_SIGNIN_USER - A short-lived cookie required when the 'Switch user'
feature is enabled for a user.
- R_USER - A long-lived cookie that holds the encrypted username. This grants
access to limited functionality for returning users who have not yet logged in again.
- USER_COOKIE - A long-lived cookie similar to RETURNING_USER. This is no longer used,
but may still exist in the browser cache. It can be removed
- g_state - A cookie generated by the Google Sign In process. This will
be set if you have used Google Sign In for authentication
This site uses third party libraries including HTMX,
jQuery and Google Single Sign On. These might set
the "ajs_anonymous_id" cookie, which is generally considered to be GDPR compliant (as it anonymous). This cookie is NOT
read by this website. It can be blocked.
